We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Care Manager to lead our customer support team. As a Customer Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the customer support team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members. Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members for their professional development.
Develop and implement effective customer support strategies to meet customer satisfaction goals.
Define and monitor key performance metrics to assess the team's performance and identify areas for improvement.
Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and feedback to proactively address potential issues..
Continuously improve customer support processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer issue resolution and feedback collection.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify recurring issues and drive improvements.

Requirements:

Master's degree in computer science, information technology, information management, communication, marketing, business or a related field.
Knowledge about Java and React technologies, ensuring accurate information provision and effective customer assistance. (Good to have.)
Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in customer support management or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a customer support team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Good to have:

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Experience in analyzing customer feedback and identifying trends for continuous improvement.
Knowledge of data analysis tools for extracting insights from customer interactions.
Proficiency in project management tools for tracking and prioritizing customer support initiatives.
Understanding of customer support metrics and KPIs to measure team performance.
